We ship from Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
2. When will the order ship out?
We process ready stock order within 1-2 business days.
3. How long does the pre-ordered items take to process?
Pre-ordered items are processed within 1-2 business days of arrival in stock which take 8 - 21 business days.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam/ junk filter or contact us for confirmation.

6. Shipping details confirmation
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors on address details provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer will need to take responsible on second shipment fees. We will then arrange second delivery once payment received.
